Methods of Cooking :
Heat oil ( you can make this dish only with ghee if you are not on a calorie check ) in a heavy button pan.Now add bay leaves and cumin seed. As the seeds start to splutter then add kasoori meethi. Stir then add grated onion, garlic , ginger. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes then add tomato paste, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kashmiri red chilly powder. Stir fry the masala till the oil seperates. Then add the boiled minced meat and mix well and stir with the masala for 3 to 4 minute. Then add the shelled green peas. Mix well with this. Then add 1 cup warm mutton stock. Let it come to boil then add salt, black pepper powder, raisin paste, cashew paste, mixed melon paste. Mix well and let it cook in medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes till the gravy thickens. Stir at regular interval. Now add ghee and garam masala. Mix well. At the end add fresh cream . You can also add chopped fresh coriander if you want. Mix well and put off the flame. Serve hot with pooris naan or paratha. As this dish is calorie loaded so to add little health to it I made little mini beet pooris. To make this mini beet poori just add 2 tbsp of beet paste and 1 tsp of roasted cumin in your dough flour with salt and sugar and oil and make a soft dough. Then roll on fry and enjoy with keema matar.
